God Knows We Get Angry

2/12/18
The book is call God Knows We Get Angry it’s by Priscilla J. Herbison it’s a nonfiction story.
This book is talking about how to control yourself when you are angry at someone and you keep thinking about revenge. This can affect you because you keep getting angry and you’re always focusing on that and you don’t realize what other people are going good for you, and you get stressed and that’s really bad for your health. When you are always focus on that one person you are living in the past not in the future that’s what the book is trying to tell you. My favorite part of my book is character 8. it’s call, Forgive When You're Ready, Not When They’re Sorry.
Character 8 is about that if someone said sorry it doesn’t always means that they mean it they just say it so they can get over with. When you say sorry you have to mean it and if you don’t want to forgive them, them don’t. My favorite quote from this character is “There is a right moment to forgive…. How fast is fast, how slow is slow no can tell us. Only you the hurting person will know when the right time has come.” I like that quoted because there’s always a right time to forgive someone but not right away and also you can’t take forever to forgive someone. In this character it gives you bullet points how to forgive someone.
I liked this book because it help me to forgive people and how not to be angry all the time for little thing and in the book it tell you/me that you can only be angry less than five minutes because  that will help you to be relax and always be a angry. I do recommend my friends and other people to read this book because it can help them and also it can help them in a different way  then it help me. This book is about how to control your anger and not go off on people even though they didn’t do anything and how you can control yourself and be yourself without getting angry and always be happy.
